The biggest problem with Somalia is Somalis. They are selfish, prideful, and lack any sort of forward thinking. They would rather be kings of a shithole than work with each other. If you saw the tuulos that they kill each other over, you wouldn't think them human. And I don't say this to insult my people, but out of love. There are deep societal problems in that country. It is very easy to blame foreign nations, but we are our biggest enemies. The only reason foreigners can radicalize our youth or keep the nation weak is because we let them with our stupidity and lack of foresight. Somalis need to stop resorting to violence for every grievance, and they need to stop trying to overpower each other. It's like they still have ptsd and paranoia from the war.

Many other nations benefit from our misery tho not all of them has the intention to destabilise somalia, but the main reason why somalis are in a such big mess is the somalis subscribing the old backward and obsolete ideology of qabiilism that supersedes our religious principles and sense of nationhood

The problem is Somalis themselves.
We've got people who became our elite group by accident and they've no other mechanisms or skills to hold onto this golden spot they found themselves into other than the current status quo we're in.

Until we get a group of real elite folks who earned their prestige through their hard work, we'll have to deal with these chaotic, shortsighted, brainless folks who became elites by accident.
