True. Apparently lots of Muslims are hardcore conservatives and they think they relate more the nutjobs of the far right. I say vote liberal every time even tho I disagree with them on everything pretty much, at least they won't embolden and inspire cowards to target Muslims.

We are in the last 10 days of Ramadan so a lot of Muslims are going to Taraweeh prayers.

The imams are advising Muslims to remain vigilant, especially Muslim women. Their advise is to attend mosque in groups and for women to be with their male relatives. Mosques are providing more security as Muslim guys are volunteering to stand guard outside the mosques.

I don't know if you guys heard, but four men barged into a masjid (dominated by Somalis) and they went into the womens section. Two ladies asked them to leave but they wouldn't leave. They had to be escorted out by Somali guys. Now they have guards in front of the womens section.

This is predictable, even understandable unfortunately. Sentiments like this will only increase with continued extremist Muslim terror attacks. These hate crimes been happening all along with mosque attacks and attacks against individual Muslims, but if it escalates to some kind of tug-o-war status, that is true cause for worry. Not only gaalos have to worry about extremist attacks in their countries, everyday Muslims have to worry about these extremist attacks and retaliation by their enraged and emboldened neighbors in the aftermath of these attacks. True meaning of what it means to be stuck between a rock and a hard place. Fortunately, these attackers that see themselves as some sort of vigilante are few in number.
