Whites and Asians are more successful, why?

Send our Somali intellects to gather knowledge on successful White and East Asian countries on why they are first world. Japanese did that and look where they are now even though they were completely shithole at the end of WW2.
It may be true to some extend but why are Jews the most successful people in the world despite being more langaab than us Somalis?
Maybe they are the chosen people of the Abrahamic religion.

They are both successful.
We Somalis preach conformity and individuality with the Qabil and herd mentality. Therefore, we are stuck as in we are not united Somalis so we can’t get anything done, yet we are united to an extent with Qabils where we can’t get anything done on our own as well.

Exactly, I think we should lean to individuality more since it has more benefits both short and long term though.
