I actually didn't see many problems until I saw the sink full of dirty dishes and the overflowing trash bins. I hate it when the sink is packed to the brim with dirty dishes and when the garbage bin is overflowing, that's disgusting and annoying too.

As for clothes on the couch etc etc isn't really uncleanly. It's just a disorganized mess.
