Also, the Somali community is not sophisticated enough as relatively recent immigrants for this kind of fraud. Most of them don’t speak English.

Reading this, it is obvious the Somali community has been victimized twice. The children who were meant to have this food were Somali and now the media is pushing a negative narrative against the Somali community. We should be fighting this negative portrayal of the community. Where are the SJWs when you need them?
