Somalis are notoriously grossly overweight by the time they hit 30 with seven children all demanding attention. Her self confidence as consequence goes down the drain, her feckless useless Somali husband has helped to create an unhealthy relationship with carbs. And like an inflatable air balloon she rises up and up, the@Tramo I think it was a typo but the point is that carbs in a bowl of rice turns into sugar in blood stream. The amount of sugar produced by breaking carbs is more than the processed sugar in a cane of Soda and rise it for a longer time. On top of that carbs that has not been broken into sugar end up being stored as fat all over the body. Worse than Soda.
