It is possible especially if one doesnt have many cousins or relatives living in their city or they keep a very low profile that the Somali community doesnt even know they exist. I live in a city with a bustling Somali community yet I am practically not at all known by any of them. I could walk into a local Somali masajid and not be greeted by anyone. I like to keep it that way though. The more you are invisible in the community the better.
