This is what you get when you're ruled by ajanabis for 1,000 years who don't give a flying f*ck about the average person in your country and see you as just things to use for profit, first under feudalism and then under capitalism. All whilst taking you abroad into other people's lands to muck about and build an empire that will one day come home.

To be honest, I disagree with this take. As someone who's been on the dating apps with lots of matches in a liberal capitalist bastion like New England, I would report back that the majority of at least women aged 24-40 appear to want children. Atmosphere I get when out and about in the wild as well. It's just that capitalism makes having children a cost prohibitive exercise.
My own aunt and uncle who live out here in New England are a prime example. Recently had their second son and I asked them jokingly when they'd give the boys a sister and they giggled and said, "Oh no, that's it for us." principally because anymore children would be impossible to afford for them even as a couple earning $200K+ between them.
These capitalists didn't think this shit through. Dodging taxes, gutting the welfare state, letting the middle and working classes take much of the tax burden, inflation, financialization and de-industrialization and then these fucktards act all surprised when birth-rates plummet and they don't have a long-term work force to speak of without constant legal and illegal immigration. Wish adeer Karl was here to witness this shitshow.
This is the end result of 80s and 90s western neoliberalism it’s exactly what led to the rise of Trump
Britan is the country that in my opinion was most affected by this
-Any real advocacy for socialism and communism was destroyed in the western world especially in America where supporting the cause would get you called Russian asset
-De industrialization of all the former factory towns decimating communities and ruing the stabbed of living of millions the factory your daddy used to work at is now in China or Mexico
-Everything is service sector and finance based leads this to a a more white urban and liberal class of voters if you not in the Main cites like London you basically don’t exist in the eyes of the elite
-Importing millions of immigrant workers to fill labour shortages that did not exist the demographics of London have changed dramatically since Blair
In America it was the costal Cali and New York elite ignoring the farming communities in middle America and the old steel plants in western Pennsylvania going as far as to Disrespectfully call them “fly over country”
Would you want the same to happen to Japan who would spread deadly chemicals into villages in China killing great numbers of children they brutalized all of east Asia that’s why many people in places like the Philippines celebrated when they got nuked

I do agree with you that it isn’t well thought out, likely because nobody is actually thinking. It’s all about maximal extraction and greed. It may be the actual intention.
Our parents migrated for a better life not to go to another indian slum. This aint good.

In all honesty Britain started to go downhill in 1890 during the Baring crisis that’s when they lost there spot as #1 economy from that moment onward the British empire was on borrowed time .
In the early 20th century they lost out on the second Industrial Revolution to Germany and the isolationist America
World War one got them into there eyeballs in debt form 1915 to 2015 they were paying American back the money there are some who even say that it was the greatest transfer of wealth in history and that’s not even counting the fact that the US and Saudi sidelined them for the petrodollar agreement killing the pound
There was a British historian forgetting his name that said that if British soldiers in 1944 what Britain would become just 20 years later they would not have have advanced 40 miles onto the beach in Normandy
The fool Winston Churchill passed all British technology including nuclear secrets to the US this helped lay the foundation for Silicon Valley and most of the scientists who worked at NASA in the early days where from Nazi germany and that’s not even counting the amount to gold they stole from hitlers coffers and brought to New York (the American government was sued by holocaust survivors Clinton and bush denied all allegations )
Nowadays London is no longer the financial center of the world like it was in the early post war period New York has taken the spot in recent decades
