A young man who was shot dead moments after leaving a home in Hackney has been named by police.


Oluwamayowa Adeymi, known as Samson, was fatally shot in the chest after leaving a property in Brackenfield Close, Lower Clapton at 11.30pm on Friday (June 5).



The 21-year-old, who lived in Hackney, was pronounced dead at the scene despite best efforts from paramedics.


A post-mortem examination revealed cause of death as a gunshot wound to the chest, the Metropolitan Police confirmed.


Following the shooting, a large cordon was put up in Brackenfield Close as forensic officers gathered evidence.


A 22-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on bail to return on a date in early July.

That's why the likes of BLM and other ''pro-black organizations'' never want to address the ongoing black on black violence that is destroying their own communities. They just brush it off as if it isn't an issue.

The percentage of black people who die in relation to police brutality is so small that you could count the number of cases with your fingers.
