Most Somalis in Middle East are bakhti and are either uber drivers or own small shops. The only difference is they're forced to work, unlike in Europe where you get benefits.

There are no opportunities or access to positions, and I am talking about the Gulf. Literally, your percentage of entering universities is low if you are a foreigner

I’d say the most successful is probably Kenya (I’m in Nairobi) but even Kenya is only a place for temporary regrouping , war can break out amongst the natives or we could be ousted were only there on their good will and every guest can overstay welcome also there’s history of groups like us getting absorbed

How can somalis be ousted from Kenya when many of them are native to the NFD even kenyans acknowledge this

The diaspora living in Minnesota State of Puntland are by far the most successful by quite literally any metric (Deen, community, economics, preservation of language & culture, notable people). I'm not from there and have no connection to US but its an objective truth that what they have done is remarkable, long-sighted and overall has made Somalis proud.
