Hutu and Tutsi are the same ethnic group and speak the same language. The difference between them was mostly social as the Tutus were wealthier and had ruled the country for a long time. The Hutus have a much larger population and their previous resentment towards Tutsi rule is what fueled the Rwanda genocide. Also I don't think Museveni is Tutsi

Personally i'd rather not see war as it will cause many thousands of innocent deaths. But if the Tutsi's in Eastern Congo want to leave the DRC I support them. I don't think it's right to force people to live under colonial borders when they don't want to

I've read that theory Tutsi were originally cushetic, but there isn't conclusive evidence so I think it's just a hypothesis
