Kismaayo is the safest by far compared to the rest of the other cities in the 6 federal states. Second place would go to Mogadishu since it is where the most important people in Somali politics live. The third place would be Galkayo.

Bossaso is the safest city in Somalia with the least crimes commited, statistically speaking there is only 3-4 murders yearly even during the civil war.
