If you can line-up a proper job and have a bit of change in your pocket. I'd say Vancouver over all them. Vancouver is the GOAT city of Canada. It's so beautiful

i grew up in ottawa, it was nice, large somali community, it has a lot of strong points just off that,and there are a lot of young somali professionals there too, same goes for toronto
main downside is that there is a lot of degeneracy

Halifax actually has some cheap real estate so I'd think about it if you're already an educated professional thinking about home ownership in the next 10 years
