The real answer is Ireland and Iceland.

And the reason for this is because those places have very low % of Muslims.

Generally the more % Muslims, the more Islamophobia, this theory applies to Western Europe. For Southern and Eastern Europe there is historical/cultural Islamophobia.

Perhaps @Tambien who lives in Ireland can confirm or deny this theory.

Hatred or dislike for Islam goes deep in Western Europe [probably with the exception of Ireland etc]. The lyrics of Andorra’s National Anthem called ‘El Gran Carlemany/Charlemagne’ offers a glimpse into the past when Western Europeans struggled/fought against the Islamic invasion into their Lands. Here’s a sample from Andorra’s Anthem:

“The great Charlemagne, my father,
liberated me from the Saracens [Muslims],
and from heaven he gave me life
of Meritxell, the great Mother.”

These centuries deep sentiments are deeply ingrained into the psyche of the Frenchmen, Spaniards & Englishmen & some other Western Europeans.

Djiboutians are the only Somalis who seem to live in France and Wallonia. Very strange that no Darods/Hawiyes etc live there.

The only Francophone Somalians I have seen lived in the French part of Switzerland.

In Germany they weren't so obsessed with Islam until more recently as before you mainly only had Turkish and Balkan Muslims, both relatively liberal easy going, but now with more stricter African and Arab version of Islam entering their region Islamophobia is rising.

However, I think France really has the most Islamophobia, check this:

Just because those places don’t have many Muslims doesn’t mean they aren’t islamophobic. You could be the only Muslim there and still face discrimination.

Their second biggest political party wants to outright ban Islam.

I think these polls can be misleading as in some cultures it is taboo to say anything racist, but they still act racist.

I live in Murica. I just didn't see any Islamophobic rants coming from that country. So I assumed Sweden was less hostile to Muslims.

As for Germany, Mrs Angela Merkel was the most pro-Muslim immigrant official in Europe. So that is how I assumed they were less hostile to Muslims.
