It honestly felt the exact same over there as it did in hargeisa . I only spent 2 days there though.

Ceerigabo coolest city in the horn though has to be Addis Ababa

Aside from the rocky, arid climate, Hargeisa has pretty good weather. It differs greatly from Berbera which is a boiling hot desert. If the streets were paved and there was a steady water source, Hargeisa has no doubt a chance of becoming one of Somalia’s best cities.
