If it wasnt so humid, it wouldn’t be so badI found an elizabeth arden ‘sunflower scent’ that smells like anything but sunflowers, but like actually amazing? really works well with the stale hot air

I think the idea of life after death is wishful thinking. Of course ppl want a second chance, if it were up to us we wouldn’t age and die, which is where the concept of the soul and it’s afterlife comes from (our fear of death). The idea that even if you die and your body decays, there is an essence that escapes your cold body and occupies empty space that is you....You really have to suspend a hard, persistent reality, ie your cold dead corpse, to believe that. And ppl really want to believe that ‘good’ and ‘bad’ ppl are all getting what’s due to them, and that since this world is so unfair, there is some other world to be experienced after this one that supposedly will be.
