Well it's true. Judges have to take into consideration "systemic racism" and past traumas of non-white people when sentencing them. It's the law. Crown and defence lawyers also have to take this into consideration too. I don't object this for natives but blacks shouldn't be allowed to have this consideration.

You're ignorant. They removed mandatory minimum sentences because of Black overrepresentation in prisons. Judges and prosecutors have the discretion now to take into consideration POC childhood upbringing and systemic racism. Top 5 will be out before he gets a single grey hair.
