According to MoF of PL, FGS pays PL 3 million constituting 10% of its revenue. And ICU provides PL another 7.5 million in aid via programs like Biyoole and RCRF II etc. Which comes from the federal budget but are aid from the IC. PL gets about 30% of its revenue from the FGS.

And never again claim FGS doesn't give PL money. HSM in good faith released the funds Farmajo held from FGS at once.

This is direct capital payment from FGS not aid but money FGS gives PL to finance itself. A money that comes from the domestic revenue FGS collects and not aid. The aid money is listed here.

What is the orignation source of the funds? perhaps you could ask your uncle. Once yo have done, let me know. In the interim, just do your home work.

Weak come back, FGS pays PL. This is a Fact never can you say it otherwise. And FGS providing 10% of PL budget should be news to many reer PL, since they claim otherwise.

The money is from the World Bank, 100 million and most of it was spent on debts, PL got 7 million and other states got 3 or 4 million, so don't assume that FGS paid that money directly.

The topic is very complex and there isn't enough information to make empirical judgments.

There are certain TAX that FGS collects such over flight planes and etc that are gained thanks to Puntland and much more πŸ‘

As for the budget this year you'll have to wait for a while for it to be uploaded to the public unfortunately.

Still a little surprised it hasn't been shared given that PL do have a functioning finance ministry.

I wonder if PL TV will earn more than many ministries combined

Or whether there is any budget for local government municipalities in Sool or Sanaag
