Where can I find Somali-dubs/subs?

I know there's some freebies on Youtube (but risky IP)
Including DVDs/Blu-Rays with Somali dub/subtitles for purchase.

I'm hoping to find Somali DVD's with both somali dubs and subtitles.

In the old hood, there use to be those pirate DVD's with some but they're not as readily available anymore.
