Actually the fact somalia has more cases simply means that somalia did more tests. It doesn't mean somalia is worse.It's highly unlikely that somaliland has so few cases, in poor countries people die of covid and nobody knows about it.
Even in developed countries in Europe and in the Us there are a huge number of undetected cases and undetected deaths. Nobody is doing prevention, people are roaming in the streets of somaliland and somalia with few protections. There is no lockdown or anything like that in S/land or in somalia, only some curfews measures that do absolutely nothing

I'm not a fan of somaliland separatism but I think it's wrong to joke about these things. People are dying and somalis both in somaliland and somalia don't have the resources to effectively fight against this pandemic. This is not a competion on who is better.
