Calmadow, Galgala is like that.
All those Mountains are connected from Qandala to Barbara. Evan Suqadara Island used connect to about 100, 000 to million years ago. That is why you can find rare and similar trees and plants.
I hope people will protect the environment and avoid deforestation.

I haven't seen large scale farming in Calmadow.
 
Saanag has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world

my number one destination to retire with my ariis my home county Saanag.

Exotic Somali places are in many regions but Sanaag and Bari regions have the Most
places. They are connected by the mountain ranges

Google it man, is very misty, foggy ,cold, raining, green and Forest. You will never think this is Somalia.
I don't know how high is it in sea level.
They even grow coffee there.

Galgala was known as the farming area of below Calmadow but a lot of the date palm trees got burned in conflicts during Faroole reign. Galgala is a interesting area indeed a oasis in the middle
of a desert.
