Would you help your mother's friend (about age 60) get up after she fell because of the wet floor in your parents' home when no one was around for a minute? It happened to me yesterday but I acted like I didn't know she fell but she knew I saw/heard her fall and struggling to get up. My sister was soon coming inside to bring food from the car and my mother was in the hamaam. I told this story to a brother and he says I should have helped in this rare situation and not ignore what happened. I agree I shouldn't have ignored her but I disagree I should have helped because I knew they would help her in one minute. The woman didn't tell my mother so she must have knew I was correct. When my sister came back, she quickly helped her and I acted surprised and asked if she was injured because she has weak knees.
