I would send them back home. 
Travel the world with him to go to many psychologists and therapists and fix his disease as well as go to many islamic countries and sheikhs and scholars that can help him, and after that take him to meet his relatives back home and live 5 years there as a fisherman under supervision and also make him more masculine by ensuring that he gets extra few years to train in the mountains of murcanyo and after all that he will hopefully be cured of his disease and come back as a massive guy with a beard and 2 thick halimos on each side.
Walhy I will disown him and send him to adoption.I would send them back home.
