In Bakool you have to free multiple villages and lift many towns from sieges before moving onto Bay region. Xudur is a self example of Go’doon.
Diinsoor,Baardheere, Buurdhuubo etc…
only the Ogaden parts of Bakool can be counted for as entirely liberated. Getting pro Shabab clans to switch allegiances plus hold down towns such as Tiyeeglow will take months of planning and operation.
Moving onto Gedo region there is not 1 town past Luuq that you can freely travel on a vehicle without coming across AS. From Beledxaawo to Caracase to Garbahareey = Shabaab. From Garbahareey to buurdhuubo which is only 40 kms = Shabab. Luuq & Doolow route is where NISA commander Bakaal Kooke was struck by an IED and killed inside his vehicle.

jilib Sakow Districts are both 50% Kumade as they’re divided by the river. Madow shikhaal tuni daarood bimaal Tuni all own properties on other side of the river along with madoow weyn this was pre 91.shekhaal doesn’t own the town by themselves. The other side of the town including the bridge is kuumade both side the bridge were controlled by OG from 91 until shabab came. So many times the hg tried to take it but always lost to the hardcore xasan turki guys. That’s why the kuumade side is smaller than the other side because all clans owned properties on the main side. What makes you think we will let go of jilib because some loboge live there well just like tuni, Madowweyne and kuumade the town is shared. We won’t let Hawiye come there this is our turf.

Diinsoor town is closer to Baydhabo than Saakow. I think you have mistakened the entire district to the Main town. Yes the district shares a border with MJ but the main town itself is lined in the center of Bardheere-Baidoa road. Diinsoor is currently controlled by Ethiopian forces. AS has managed to place a siege on the town much worse than the situation in Xudur. Laftagareen does not care about this town because he considers these folks Looma Ooyaan & a threat to his Hariin regime.

@Bowda-dheer This Dam & hospital were built in the OG deegan in Jilib by the former kacaan government but these projects are no longer running. Mooryaans & AS stole all the equipments. Once we liberate Jilib we need to rebuild these important infrastructures.
