What will happen to turkish-somali relations if Erdogan loses the elections in Turkey?

Im 2023 Turkey will have an election, Erdogan is likely to win but other CHP(Republican kemalist) are strong. If the kemalist win what will happen to Turkish-somali relations? As we know Erdogan is using Islamic Identity to push his interests in our country, what's going to happen if the secular Turks take power?

Somalia is in a strategically place. turkey can’t afford to lose the horn to the UAE. I expect more investment from them especially in the army after the arms embargo is lifted.
