Vitamin D deficiency: Hairloss, fatigue, depression, anxiety, an overall sense of not feeling well.

Vitamin D is needed to absorb calcium in your diet, so this means that you'll have symptoms of insufficient calcium absorption as well like teeth issues, bone problems, etc.

Vitamin D is now linked to lowering your inflammation, so some people might have nasal polyps, nasal congestion, and IBS symptoms due to this.

Get your Vitamin D levels checked annually.
