Sigmas are the anti-Alpha at least according to @Kudhufo Kadhaqaq's description. Though they can seize power by courting influence they aren't vying for it because they don't like hierachies. They do what they want and on their own terms because personal freedom matters most to them. Their aim isn't to control others or be controlled.
