There is never a somali option so I just go for black African in most cases unless there is a box where I can say somali but I don't really care when there is an option where I can elaborate and write down somali in the big text box on a form I don't feel the need to do it I just go to the good old reliable "black African" tick box.

I doubt most people who see "somali/somalia" even know what it is so just saying black African is simpler when it comes to taking advantage of all the diversity and inclusivity nonsense otherwise they might potentially confuse somalia for an Asian country and rule you out for the sake of there "Racial quota".
