can someone explain the logistics of counting inheritances of land property currently stuck in a war-torn country with a less than prosperous economy?

because i'm trying to do the math and i ain't seeing millions or even hundreds of thousands of dollars. also aren't these going to be prime properties in a hopefully developed country someday? and isn't there usually one hell of a lineup before it ever comes down to our generation?

my mom and her gen are divvying up their land as we speak so i'm not sure how y'all are gonna be making bank on anything

Was just watching the news with hooyo and some politican mentioned xaliimos that pop off 4 kids 3 years apart and live on welfare for 12 years
