HIV- you can live a normal life not bed bound unlike being morbidly obese
Downsides - Sigma attached to having HIV, If you disclose HIV status your dating pool might get smaller (unless someone has a fetish for it ahhh), complications with having the disease, feeling alone etc

Morbidly obese- Yeah I don’t know the positives here.
Downsides- Physical limitation, work might be limited unless you work from home, emotional distress, cost money dealing with it, relationships might be hard to obtain (except feeders).

Girl these options kill me. It’s like would you like your arm chopped with a saw or butter knife (just slower). I choose none.

2. followed by any medical condition that is degenerative/progressive that's a genetic cause and debilateting that also has no cure etc

as it can cause significant adversity throughout your life and not just related to your health but your opportunities and prospects in life due to societies perception of sickness/disability and being constantly underestimated.
