What is the Somali inherited knowledge?

What knowledge has been passed from our fathers' generation to our generation Other than how to milk camel?

You people amaze me. It just shows that I'm an odd one out.

My father specifically told me the vast majority of the true stories, forgetting dhegax Dheere and those bs. Stories that my actually paternal ancestors went through. Stories of betrayal, backstabbing and war. I could write novels about these events which actually happened, took a while on Google to find them but they actually actually happened.

Every story I was told had lessons from which to learn.

The importance of family
The danger of authority
Never trust anyone even family
Loyalty to the people you love and your family
War as a something glorious, close to being a religious sacrament in my family (every single one of my recent ancestors has killed including my father and they loved it)
Protect the innocent
Defend the weak
Lead in times of darkness.

These are some of the lessons I've learn growing up. Ranging from vivid stories of spearing someone's eye to saving a baby leopard out of a well
