Tbh Allahu Aclam I have zero clue but if its the scenario I’m thinking about Raxanwein. I don’t think a Gaaljecel would be traveling to Baydhabo during active, ugly conflict like that.

In any event as tragic as it is lets be honest this will not stop happening anytime soon unless Allah wills. As Somalis we don’t value our women, guard them, know their whereabouts even in the middle of a friggin war. I go to the Gulf a lot and people including Somalos make fun of them for how they guard their women. Well last I checked their women are not raped constantly like ours.

Nothing short of Capital punishment, death for every rape will help solve this.
