I blame the city leaders. These teens need harsher punishment. Throw them in juvenile for three years and arrest their good for nothing parents.

Threats of being defunded, being villfied by the media and the very people they are supposed to protect, etc.

They're overwhelmed due to lack of police resources but I also suspect they are just not going to the lower income or Black areas. They are likely just going to go to the other parts of Minneapolis where they are not hated and are actually respected.

The state voted against the police defunding. There are enough resources but not enough cops I guess.
They are no cops in the twin cities. Poor cadaans are getting robbed. Carjackers are even stealing cars in quite suburban neighborhoods.
