Betrayal. Treachery of any kind (setups, cheating, etc.) is, in my eyes, the ultimate breach of trust. Once someone does that it's hard to believe they won't do it again.

For me it's physical abuse from a relative
(That happened to me unfortunately and that's the reason why I have become suicidal and negative about life) cheating, backbiting (I had "friends " and family talk about me behind my back).
