Lots of Canadians moved back and opened business in Somalia. I don't count of Somalia having a stable govt. I think the entire African continent needs to be colonized by Chinese. (i only feel it is fit to wish my worst enemy colonize Africa)

I wouldn’t mind there being some minorities here or there and some mixed families returning back home. They can bring their skills and diversity amongst us too. The only problem I would have is them taking over us demographically or them causing trouble.

I think we desperately need the diaspora knowledge to flood in. People may not like positions of power going to people from the west but if it advances us it should be implemented. However I'd like to see teachers, doctors and engineers be the main roles given as they can be taught to those back home. As for trouble, can't be as bad as it is now.
