I disagree heavily. Somalis on social media hardly ever engage in tribalism, it isn't something they care about since they never grew up in that sort of environment. Their parents may have and even then, they were the ones to flee the country to escape qabil fighting.

Firstly somalia should 100% be divided into more regions, in present times each region is much too big for their own good. Trying to become their own states and manage their own affairs. Absolutely never going to work... ever.

secondly there should also be a strong central government to enforce this, maybe instead of a big house there should be a group of 50 on the council advises the president. Overall, a strong central government which a strong and powerful leader, however there will be Checks to his power.

It would be more central with a federalism touch...

Also each state having its own gaurd is straight up dangerous...
