What happened to the new "special" relationship between Somaliland region and Kenya?

Mohamed BK is in Nairobi, Kenya for 10 days and is getting banned from every hall he tries to sing in. Longtime ago Eastleigh use to be a Sland region diaspora stronghold (back in early 20th century & 19th century) nowadays they can't even hold a event in it.
