so for me it was an opportunity to extend my persona and i didnt have to tell them it was quite self evident.
but honestly speaking deep down although i dislike its moral implications i have always been attracted to
the power of money and the way you could softly enslave people with it

Put some of that money into nice properties they will appreciate interest rates are low right now

Softly enslave people? Lol so yeah it was definitely an ego thing. I don't care for having power over people like that. All I need is financial freedom so I can do what I want on my own terms. Other people benefitting should be a bonus. Try and lead with your personality and character instead of money. You'll have more fulfilling relationships that way.

that was back in2016 when i first made my first million since then i have gone ahead and increased it and luckily
i was in a country where the property market was hot, but there has been a stagnation due to an economic slowdown and the covid effect.now i am looking into going to the service sector i feel post covid era its really going to take off and i have also developed a business model that i feel will fit aptly

Look at the prices of nice houses in the West. Most are in the 500k-750k range.

Consumer good prices are low, but everything else has been affected by high inflation, especially real estate.

It actually not that difficult to get government contracts it you meet the basic requirement. Even in Canada and the USA from what I hear

In the UK, you can find government contracts on their website but their are far better opportunities if you network with your local government
