What exactly are white people superior at?

I'm not an afrocentrist, but it seems to me that every time black people attempt to unite, there's a counter culture that attempts to go against this.
This makes sense if you want to maintain the order, as division won't result in representation, which will not result in changes in legal structures, etc.
However, on the other hand, there seems to be some deflection on two things.
1. Within the black community, there needs to be a reeducation process on what is deemed as beautiful, and cultural awareness and pride. They are heavily indoctrinated to not find themselves attractive (except for features that are fetishized). Non-profits for genetic tests can be a cultural boom for ethnic and cultural awakening within the community.
2. They need to be real about black on black violence in some of their neighborhoods. Most of the violence to them is from themselves statistically speaking. I personally believe black gangbangers are the biggest coons in their community.
That's my take on their situation.
