Those are nationalities, mostly. Lebanese, Syrians and Egyptians are Arabs.

Moroccans and Algerians are Berbero-Arab.

I am against racism at my core. I don't dislike any ethnicity. But then again to be African means to be racist. We are bound to hate each other due to land, water and oil disputes. Somalis add extra spice to the racism sauce by being tribal. We are bipolar by birth. So, I can tell you which ethnicity I hate the most and at the same time love the most. It's Somali.
