Wake up and rinse at 5:00 am
Roll a fat blunt at 5:05
Make myself quraac at 5:15
Im already outside by 5:30
check the motor engine at 5:40
Starts the engine at 5:45 am
Starts long distance commute
Off to work at 7:00 am
Finish shift at 3pm

The rest of the day I'm off busy reading/watching something
Smoke another blunt and same cycle lol

What would help will be eating black seeds and honey. I can send you the link. For the black seed, Its better to take the seeds instead of the oil. You need to heat them and eat it them with honey.

It helpes me a lot with my sleep problems. I slept at 2am and woke up 6am. I was tired, had no energy for the whole day. My Kacsi was gone.

Alhamdullilah I am better now. Because of those 2, honey and black seeds. It really helped with my unorthodox thought process. I became a lot more normal. More sane. Didn't have my emotional outbursts anymore.

6:00am ish - wake up and pray fajr
6:15am - get ready and do hair
7:00am - wake up my family
7:10am - get my brother ready for school
8:15 am - siblings leave and i start online school
10:00am - finished with most of my work. then start my work for upcoming competitions and work on science olympiad prep. Study for SATs and ACTs lots of breaks so at least 75% of that time i’m not really doing anything (on sspot LMAOA)
2:20pm - wake up my hooyo from her midday nap lol
2:30pm - no ones home, i just chill or make some nice food to save for later
3:40pm - siblings come back and i get them settled
4:30pm ish - my brothertherapist comes in and i chill in my room or do laundry or wash dishes
6:00pm ish - we all watch TV
7:00pm ish - finish any work i didn’t do earlier
9:00pm - pop some melatonin and knock out for the night
