my natural sleep lasts like 6 hours tops and i can only knock out at like 12am and wake up at 10

List it from morning till night


wake up, fight my nafs to wake up for fajr.
then pray it. and go back to sleep.
wake up a few hours before dhour, brush teeth, eat,
then pray dhur.
then work, praying asr, maghrib and sometimes isha at work or i pray it at home.
off days i clean my apartment, try to study some stuff, and be productive. maybe cook some delicious ethiopian food.

boring but alhamdulilah!

gotta force it to work out

Try to sleep early by putting away your phone and doing something calming like reading a book or something. That would be your sleeping routine. Insha’allah over time your sleeping pattern will improve. Anyways pls take care of your health!

wake up, fight my nafs to wake up for fajr.
then pray it. and go back to sleep.

I have no interest for any man who goes back to sleep after fajr. Not utilizing your morning hours to do something productive, shows your intellectual deficiency.

Fair enough. You have a point.
Perhaps I should stop working out at night and start doing that during the morning/early afternoon hours.
I usually lift at night and only get like 5 hrs of sleep before fajr.
 

SOULSEARCHING

Wake up 6am, have my breakfast, shower and do some cardio.
7.30 start start work and finish at 1pm Momday to Wednesday.

From 4pm, have a lecture until 7pm
Every Monday and Tuesday.

Wednesday lecture's are from 2pm to 8pm.

Get home around 9, eat dinner and come on here and make up stories.
