It's commonly used as an answer when asked how you are, but I want to know the exact meaning of this phrase. Is it meant to be a metaphor for comparing how well you are to agriculture? That's what I heard.

'Ciirtaa jug leh' has its root in 'ciir lulasho', the process of inoculating fresh milk through churning where 'subag - cheese' is then derived from fresh milk, by way of sedimentation by reducing curd whilst draining whey to arrive at drinkable yoghurt (ciir (aryan more popular in Turkiye) ). That process is called 'ciir lulasho', which only happens in the ' gu' ' season, the best time in 'miyi'.
The expression 'ciirtaa jug leh' literally means we are churning and jiving, in other words ' we are in the best of times '.

Oh my interest is purely in poetry, which drags me into shadowy quarters, and through which I discover all sorts of culture.
could you perhaps post some sites where you learned these poetry and cultural things, any articles videos etc.
