'Qiilbax' means 'gar naqsi'.

Gafuur means big lipped/big jawwed its a pretty common for your Hooyo to say“naaya gafuurkaas weyn ha i taagan!”

In its literal meaning, it is about resolving issues, or differences with someone, or others. In our traditional 'xeer' sense, it is sitting down under a tree, gathering 'cuqaal;', and reaching a resolution. In the legal sense, it is going to court, arguing your case, and reaching an agreement.
