Our pride and warrior spirit, Somalia had 3 colonial powers trying to convert us and strip us of our language and faith and they failed miserably. Some countries had only one and lost every trace of their identity. Wallahi we are built different, I wouldn't change it for the world.

The downside is that this pride is what often can lead to our downfall, e.g unwillingness to admit a problem, refusing to take responsibility or the inability to compromise.
