It makes sense, to be honest. Women are on average, in every ethnic group in the world, the lighter ones. It's human sexual dimorphism. Something about male sex hormones makes men produce more pigment on average. This also weirdly tends to correlate with male and female sexual selection among humans where you notice that males, on average, will prefer a woman of their group who is somewhat lighter than them whereas women will, on average, prefer men who are darker or find darker features more attractive. Can't find them off the top of my head but there have been several studies showing this. There is some real truth to the "fair maiden" trope.

It doesn't mean that a black dude is going to suddenly prefer an cadaan woman to his own women without some sort of societal conditioning probably causing that, for example. It just means you'll be more likely to prefer a woman of your own group who is somewhat lighter than you and the opposite goes for women. They've shown many times over that women like cadaan women will prefer brown eyes to blue on average or dark hair to blonde hair or somewhat more tan skin to pale skin. Darker traits are more associated with masculinity.
You need to understand the concept of averages. And of course weird cases like that where indhoyar women have a fetish for cadaan men or Madow men have a fetish for cadaan women is mostly modern conditioning. There is no evolutionary basis for why an indhoyar whose ancestors before the historical era would've never seen cadaan looking people would have some predisposition toward the look.

I would say the last row is not natural. everything above is natural non bleached. the first row is most common in Somalia but the second and third row is most common in the west
Not sure if the last is entirely bleached but I cosign the rest. Especially about Somalia Vs. the west. Folks are always darker back home. They're out more and in that equatorial sun as opposed to where you lot in the west are in places like Minnesota and Sweden.
