Breakfast: Weetabix

Lunch: maybe a meal deal (sandwich with drink with snack) but most of the time I’m ngl I don’t eat breakfast until lunchtime lol.

Dinner: rice with hilib or french bread with Maraq or if I’m lazy, baasto

snacks: sometimes I grab a chocolate filled brioche from the corner shop (convenience store) on my commute


Pretty boring tbh.

sometimes I might stretch to a subway or if I’m tempted a cheeky chicken and chips.

Breakfast: Rice and grilled fish ( Normally Salmon but occasionally mackerel)

Lunch: Some Pasta Dish either a bake or quick penne dish with white sauce

Snacks: Sunflower seeds and Kale Chips

Dinner : Some kind of salad this is my least heaviest meal of the day.

I wish I was like you, I am always hungry and get full fast then I end up needing to spew.
Take it slower when you eat abaayo. If you eat at a faster pace you don’t notice when you’re full until you finish your meal. If you eat at a slower pace you’ll realise when your full.
 
I am on a breathanism diet so this is what I eat:

Breakfast: Air infused eggs and air infused orange juice

Lunch: Rice with a hint of Air and of course a banana

Dinner: Air with a side of Air and an Air-based beverage

Snacks: My favourite: AIR

Yeah it's really easy to make and fast less than 20 mins . Rice cooker on while I cook the fish and do morning email replies really simple try it! If I have a 9am I'm up at 6 so it's not difficult for me , once I'm up for fajr my day starts basically.

Breakfast : Crunchy nut cornfkakes, yoghurt, and protein shake

Lunch : Either eat out or have prepped meal to eat at work like rice and chicken along with some fruits as snack

Tea: probably just some shax and a sandwich

Dinner : Fish, potatoes, broccoli, green beans , and water to wash it all down

Ofc it can vary every day like having a more heavy brunch like meal on a weekend

I’ve literally been eating a variation of the same things.

1) Spinach, cherry tomato & jalapeño omelet sometimes w/ sardines, 3) Tilapia or Salmon on a George Foreman with a side of veggies, 3) mini homemade chicken burritos with veggies & sriracha 4) steamed kale or spinach, broccoli, and carrot salads a/ vinaigrette, 5) various stir fry's, usually Asian, 6) Somali style liver and bell pepper w/ mushroom, onion and zucchini eaten open bowl style, 7) nuts and berries. I usually eat 1-2x a day, usually the second or third meal (breakfast) is a protein and collagen shake. Sometimes, I brew coffee and put it in my morning shake. This is all through meal prep.

Looool it’s an inside joke between my siblings and I to joke that we’ve eaten air when we haven’t.
