Lol, I'm not judging it based solely on looks-- I've also had weird looking food that ended up tasting ; it's more about me imagining those two different flavors intermixing tbh. While some sweet & savory mixed dishes are really great..tomato sauce, cheese, and pineapple just shouldn't go together, ever, imo.

Cooked or fried pineapple isn't as sour as normal pineapple. It blends in well with all the other flavours imo. Try it nacalaa
