1- tel aviv - great beach and sunny weather
2- Rome- very historic
3- Athen- historic and interesting
4- Istanbul- very pretty
5- Berlin- relaxing

ones I would not visit:

1- Delhi -
2- Pyongyang
3- riyadh, in fact any city in S.arabia
4- Dubai
5- Lahore, Pakistan
