I've driven through that city! Believe it or not, Arkansas is a beautiful state with some of the cheapest property values you'll find in the U.S. I don't mind buying some land there in the future.

The KKK "Grand wizard" lives near there as well and white people from other parts of the U.S go in that area to get away from "non-whites" You'll find super racists with billboards like this

Ironically, you'll find white people there who feel ashamed of this reputation and try to overcompensate by being really nice. IT's also a retirement town with a-lot of old people.
